Home Assistant Level I: assist clients who are unable to care for themselves or perform daily tasks.

Education Requirement: HS diploma

 

Home Assistant Level II: work directly with patients and nurses, helping with the many physical and complex tasks for patient care. 

Education Requirement: CNA license 

 

Resident Registered Nurse

Director: Leads and directs the daily operations of a home health care agency. 

Education Requirement: BA preferred or equivalent experience

 

Human Resources: plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies, activities, and staff of the (HR) department 

Education Requirements: BA preferred or equivalent experience

 

Marketing Manager: Builds awareness by developing and executing on marketing strategies to meet consumer needs 

Education Requirement: BA preferred or equivalent experience
